Employee Growth Specialist Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and organized Employee Growth Specialist to enhance the learning culture across our business.

This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with prior training experience looking to take their professional journey to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify employee learning needs and develop targeted training programs.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Track and maintain training participation and completion data using Learning Management System tools.
  • Develop high-quality training content, manuals, and digital learning materials that meet the company's standards.
  • Collect and analyze post-training feedback to assess the impact of training programs and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role, with a strong background in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems or e-learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
Work Mode:

On-site work arrangement.

Islamabad/Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F, Rawalpindi).
