Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System
  • Ensure business continuity processes align with ISO 22301 standards
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct business impact analysis to identify critical resources including maximum tolerable downtime recovery time objective and recovery point objective
  • Develop comprehensive business continuity plans procedures and documentation
  • Regularly review and update continuity measures to ensure effectiveness
  • Establish incident response crisis management and disaster recovery framework
  • Coordinate regular drills and exercises to test continuity and response plans
  • Analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
  • Provide training on business continuity principles procedures and employee roles in a disruption
  • Foster culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization
  • Maintain up-to-date accessible documentation for key stakeholders
  • Plan conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 22301 standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to address non-conformities identified during audits
  • Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure organizational readiness for external assessments and certifications
