Job Title: Team Leader

Job Description

This is a mid-to-senior level position responsible for managing and supervising daily operations of export LC advising, amendment processing, and confirmations. The incumbent will work closely with relationship managers, credit teams, and correspondent banks to ensure smooth transaction flow.

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of export LC advising, amendment processing, and confirmations.
  • Monitor transactions for regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, Sanctions).
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to team members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Relationship Managers, Compliance).
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is required. Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, URC522 is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and teamwork
