Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional with experience in financial management, global reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations in IT services/software development businesses and be adept at handling revenue recognition, cost management, and compliance in a fast-paced tech environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate legal requirements
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: At least two years of working experience as a finance manager in the IT industry
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
  • Certification: Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
Requirements
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel
