Job Description:

As a seasoned construction management professional, you will oversee the successful completion of projects within predetermined budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines. Your responsibilities will include managing a program of projects and project managers to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.

You will work closely with regional client service heads and operations teams to develop annual budgets for capital project programs. Additionally, you will prepare detailed cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in construction management processes, means, and methods will enable you to make informed decisions and drive project success. You will be responsible for selecting vendors, interacting with governmental agencies, and making presentations to senior management.

As a leader, you will hire, manage, and develop staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your ability to plan and see the 'big picture' will allow you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management software packages.
  • Expertise in conflict and crisis management, leadership, and human resources management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
