We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to finalizing job offers.
  2. Candidate Analysis: Analyze candidate CVs against job descriptions and company requirements.
  3. Resume Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  4. Candidate Sourcing: Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  5. Background Checks: Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
  6. Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  7. Compensation Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  8. Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
  3. A strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
