**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to support the design and execution of training programs across our organization.

You will work closely with department heads to identify development needs, manage learning projects, and ensure high-quality training delivery.

This role is perfect for a candidate with a solid background in learning and development who is ready to take the next step in a leadership-supporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Management: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of company-wide training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions to improve performance.
  • L&D Support: Support the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs to promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Training Evaluation: Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Fundamental Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills, familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
Certification (Preferred):
  • L&D or HR-Related Certifications: L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
