**Key Responsibilities**
- We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to provide professional responses to customer inquiries via written and verbal means.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions is crucial to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.
- The ideal candidate will be able to follow up on customer requests and strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
- Unresolved customer complaints or special requests will be escalated to designated departments for further investigation.
- This role requires a proactive approach to enhancing the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**What We're Looking For**
- A hands-on problem-solving ability to address complex customer queries.
- The capacity to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- An intermediate degree or above in a relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
