Job Title: Technical Service Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical service and support to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Lead and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis to identify and address problems efficiently.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Manage software updates, load packages on Ericsson Core nodes, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet customer expectations.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the CS Core domain.
- Hands-on experience with CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, and mobile call flows and protocols.
- Strong understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
