Job Title: Strategic Financial Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Lead to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage complex financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including fraud and non-compliance.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax requirements.
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for change.
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Supporting the development of new business opportunities and providing financial guidance on new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent certification.
  • Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
