Leading a new client acquisition and revenue generation team in the life sciences industry, we seek an experienced VP to establish client identification and penetration strategies. Integrating with senior sales leaders within clients is essential for effectively positioning our sales performance services.
The ideal candidate will consult with clients regarding sales performance in the life sciences industry, be solution-oriented, driven to succeed, possess a positive, resilient attitude, and be an effective leader and coach who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving learning organization.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships, consult with clients at all levels to ensure workforce capability aligns with corporate strategy, bringing innovation and thought leadership in areas of critical importance to achieving the client's strategy
- Develop strategic account plans for each account
- Craft and deliver business proposals that effectively position the value of our solution to achieve the client's goals
- Determine pricing based on profitability guidelines and understanding of the client's financial situation
- Manage and drive the sales process from lead generation through contract execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure information regarding projects and clients is communicated, proposals are delighted with their experience, and our solutions and services meet expectations
- Meet and exceed revenue and gross profit goals
