Job Title: Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Job Location : Sharah-e-Faisal Karachi (Applicants must be based near Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to manage the sourcing, screening, and selection of freelance trainers and other professionals. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a strong talent pool, ensuring smooth hiring processes, and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent recruitment skills, strong networking ability, and experience in hiring freelancers or trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and attract freelance trainers and professionals for various programs.
  • Post job ads and actively search candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, databases).
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of trainer profiles.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection with department heads.
  • Assist in drafting and managing contracts and agreements with trainers.
  • Negotiate rates, availability, and terms with selected trainers.
  • Update and manage candidate records in the recruitment database/CRM.
  • Build strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Support HR in onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of trainers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate expertise and role fit.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in hiring freelancers, trainers, or consultants will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with recruitment CRMs (e.g., ZOHO CRM, ATS).
  • Experience in a training, consulting, or startup environment.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
