This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and lead a high-performing team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a leading role in fulfilling the company's vision, driving the implementation of its products, and setting standards for teams to follow.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coaching skills, with experience in self-management and cross-functionality. You'll help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments, remove impediments to progress, and ensure all events are positive, productive, and within the timebox.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints is also required.

About This Role

In this position, you'll work closely with the Product Manager to define and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring that all items are clear and concise. You'll also support the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in complex environments.

A proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks is essential for this role. Additionally, you must thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and have exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  • Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox
  • Assist the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
  • Support the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in complex environments
  • Advising on planning and implementing Scrum within the organization
  • Use Scrum development processes and tailor methodologies according to project needs
