We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the software industry through cold calling and email marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM systems to track and nurture leads effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and craft tailored proposals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client communications within the CRM for transparency.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance client engagement.
- Review and optimize lead generation and sales processes regularly.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, and projections.
- Follow up consistently on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Continuously learn about new tech stacks and AI developments to improve proposals and client interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management best practices.
