About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling them to provide expert advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Meet with customers face-to-face or over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and gather regular feedback to enhance our services.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by exploring potential customers and negotiating contracts.
  4. Draft customized proposals and contracts that meet client requirements.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
  6. Customer Service: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely delivery of exceptional service experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A well-groomed and friendly personality
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
