Job Title: Strategic Communications Manager

This is a key role for an experienced communications professional to lead our internal and external communications efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation, aligned with our organizational goals.

We are looking for someone who can think critically and strategically, anticipate communication needs and challenges, and proactively develop solutions to address them.

  • Develop and implement a communications plan aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
  • Introduce innovative methods to enhance how we share our work and engage with stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize and develop high-quality content across social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives and success stories that highlight organizational achievements.
  • Identify new platforms and opportunities for outreach, while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns to promote project milestones and organizational achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in communications, preferably in the non-profit sector. Experience with health communication in a public health context is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of internal and external communications and management of workflows related to the production of creative assets.
  • Solid media relations experience with exposure to issues and crisis management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
