- Job Description: Voice Support Executive
- About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Voice Support Executive to join our team. As a critical part of our support staff, you will contribute significantly to maintaining smooth interactions between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
Key responsibilities include verifying patient benefits prior to appointments, responding to incoming calls related to insurance coverage, researching eligibility information online with insurance carriers, and acting as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to guarantee proper procedures are followed.
You will need to secure referrals and authorizations for procedures and services when necessary, often collaborating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers to address any arising issues or concerns.
Main Duties:
- Verify patient benefits before appointments
- Answer incoming calls on insurance coverage
- Investigate eligibility data with multiple insurance firms
- Liaison among patients, health professionals, and insurance providers
- OBTAIN needed referrals and approvals
