Product Manager

Silver Surgical Complex (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support the development and implementation of a product strategy that drives business growth and retail expansion.

The ideal candidate will work within established guidelines to ensure compliance with material and programs, developing sales promotion campaigns and materials in support of our strategy.

Effective management of agency relationships is crucial to guarantee timely delivery of tactics aligned with our strategy.

We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work closely with the sales force and medical department to develop patient programs aligned with our strategic direction, leveraging these programs to support market expansion.

Program performance is monitored and controlled, with adjustments made as necessary by the team.

The assigned projects are ensured to be on track and delivered according to plan.

The internal team follows brand strategies and tactics; analyzes feedback, and proposes changes and improvements when needed.

Effective communication within the organization ensures the motivation and alignment of the sales force and other stakeholders to achieve product objectives.

We expect our Product Manager to build productive business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential customers across the country.

Participation in personal development and training sessions is expected.

A safe working environment that does not endanger oneself or colleagues is maintained.

Additional duties may be assigned by direct management and other members of the Management team based on training and experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience, with most of this experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Developing effective relationships and operating at a senior-level management capacity is required.

You will analyze and interpret market data, identifying market research needs, and commissioning project work.

A high level of understanding of regulatory guidelines is demonstrated.

Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational/planning skills are necessary.

Working efficiently and effectively under pressure is expected.
