**Job Title:** Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, referrals, industry events, and other relevant platforms.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce services and build relationships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and conduct thorough market research.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Extensive experience in staff augmentation, especially for the US market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong command of the English language and proficiency in using Upwork, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
