We are a growing IT services and solutions provider, serving clients across the globe with a focus on software development, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and managed IT services.

We are seeking a driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist (1-2 Years of experience) to help scale our client acquisition efforts.

Prospect Identification: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and lead databases.

Build and manage a pipeline of leads by initiating conversations and following up regularly to move them through the sales funnel.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Research target industries, markets, and decision-makers to support targeted outreach strategies.

Collaborate with team to execute and improve lead generation campaigns, including webinars, newsletters, and content marketing.

Monitor and report on lead generation metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and qualified leads generated.

Should have good knowledge of lead generation platforms such as well found, linked-in Sale Navigator, Upwork lead generation, etc.
