Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments through effective use of B2B email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry platforms. You will play a key role in helping the company achieve its business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and professional business communities.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach and meet lead generation goals.
  • Use CRM software to track, manage, and report on leads and sales activities.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular performance and activity reports to management.
  • Utilize email marketing and lead generation tools effectively to support outreach efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation via email marketing and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and lead generation platforms/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
