Cold Calling Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential real estate leads, establishing initial contact, and generating leads for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making proactive phone calls to potential real estate prospects from provided lists.
  • Introducing services and offerings to prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Fostering strong relationships with prospects and leads.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand prospect's real estate requirements.
  • Documenting lead details and inputting them into our CRM system.
  • Scheduling follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Providing insightful feedback to the management team regarding lead quality and call scripts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
