Our organization is seeking a dynamic and skilled Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves making proactive phone calls to potential real estate clients, establishing initial contact, and generating leads for our business in the USA.

The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information to aid in closing real estate deals.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into our customer relationship management system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner are key qualities.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan) is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry is required.
