Senior Gas Sales Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing the creation of monthly gas sales schedules and reconciliation reports. It also involves reviewing and updating quarterly and annual budgets for management review, responding to regulatory queries, and submitting timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation of category-wise monthly gas sales schedules for industrial, domestic, and commercial users.
  • Review provisions for doubtful debts and detailed reports pertaining to live and disconnected customers.
  • Participate in the preparation of GST and Cess payment statements for submission to government authorities.
  • Supervise the preparation of budgetary reports related to gas sales, accounts receivable, and GDS.
  • Review quarterly and annual budgets, including company-wide gas sales, meter rent, GST, and receivables.
  • Review monthly reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Generate quarterly, half-yearly, and annual templates of gas sales accounting and debtors as per formats prescribed by regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy/Code of Conduct.
  • Perform other assignments as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA / MBA preferably in Finance from recognized university.
  • At least 4 years of experience in relevant field.
