Functional Consultant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes and develop solutions using various technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Assist in preparing solution design and performing gap analysis for critical business requirements not mapped on standard ERP systems.
  • Develop functional specifications for customization and assist in conducting process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the solution to clients.
  • Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and enable customers to perform UAT and resolve issues encountered.
  • Assist in developing data migration strategy & templates and ensure smooth and timely cut-over to ERP by mitigating risks identified in Data Migration and earlier phases of implementation.
  • Provide post-go-live support independently and conduct short-format calls independently (UAT check-ins, support calls, retraining of modules).
Requirements
  • ACCA/CA/MBA/BS Accounting & Finance or Equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
  • Around 1 year of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, technical teams, and clients.
  • Collaborative approach to working well with cross-functional teams and contributing to the solution design.
  • Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and propose suitable solutions.
  • Customer-centric focus to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to perform thorough gap analysis and ensure successful data migration.
