Head Of Training and Development

This is a high-level leadership role that oversees the development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. The Head of Training and Development plays a crucial role in improving the productivity of an organization's employees by assessing property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of property events and general information.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee events.
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
Job Specification
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the domain of Training and Organizational Development.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable University.
  • The ability to organize and identify training needs of an organization.
  • Prior experience in a Financial Institution or Bank is preferred.
