
Regional Sales Director

This is a critical feeder role to the Sales Leadership Roles. We are looking for an experienced professional to build Regional Sales Strategy and maximize sales through the channel and in-store execution.
We require a candidate with strong leadership skills to build Route To Market Plans and optimize reach and cost structure in General/Traditional Trade & Speciality Trade Channels.
The successful candidate will lead a team to build solid Customer relationships, develop Category management plans with key customers, and ensure compliance of organization guidelines.
Additionally, they will be responsible for grooming Talent and building a leadership pipeline, driving Business Performance to Optimize Value Creation, and owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Regions KPIs.
We seek a professional who can drive Volume & Value growth with increased distribution, strengthen Route to Market, and grow the category. They should have expertise in Distribution expansion in traditional trade – Increased Coverage & effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will identify key strategic challenges to generate leads and develop engagement of key accounts, build a process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion, and review Teams & Plans with Rigour.
They will also drive Digital tools & enable digital activation in Sales, and establish and foster mutual partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
To be successful in this role, you will need to build High-Performing Teams, build a Sales Leadership Pipeline of Future, and inspire Extended Teams to drive superior performance & build a category leadership mindset.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 Years of experience in Sales & Demand Roles
Mandatory Skills:
1. Area Sales Manager /Zonal Sales Manager
2. Leading Large Teams
3. Sales Transformation experience
