We are a fast-growing e-commerce business seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist to propel our brand forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Manage collaboration requests from influencers and Amazon affiliates, crafting personalized messages and building relationships.
- Grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, track engagement metrics, and use analytics tools to evaluate performance, adjusting strategies based on insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop and write engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, as well as Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates, managing outreach and partnerships.
- Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile.
- Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate closely with the Founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Experience & Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing—preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Must have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts that reflect the brand's voice and values.
- Visual & Editing Proficiency: Skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Organizational & Planning Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize user-generated content and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
