Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the online travel agency accounts, ensuring accurate booking processing and optimizing OTA performance to drive revenue and increase brand visibility.

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online travel agency accounts, ensuring accurate booking processing and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Optimize OTA performance to drive revenue and increase brand visibility through data analysis and market research.
  • Negotiate contracts with OTAs, resolve issues, and coordinate promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, with the ability to analyze complex data and create reports.
