Job Title:

Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Manage bookkeeping in Odoo and QuickBooks to ensure compliance with local laws and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review payment vouchers, maintain supporting documents files, and coordinate with vendors for timely payments.
  • Oversee daily file maintenance, review petty cash payments, and obtain approval from the manager for monthly petty cash expenses.
  • Update and maintain the fixed asset register manually and in the system.
  • Process customer remittances, liaise with the bank, and make timely tax payments in coordination with the tax consultant.
  • Perform bank reconciliations at month-end for approval and prepare payroll each month, coordinating with HR for EOS.
  • Maintain rent schedules and payments monthly, update and prepare monthly accruals and payables manually and in the system, and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in financial software such as Odoo and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
