Senior School Leadership Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior School Leadership Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to make a meaningful impact on education by providing capacity building support to school leaders and teachers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for school leaders and teachers, with a focus on instructional leadership, mentorship, and the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. They will also work closely with the ILMpact team to ensure that all training materials and documents meet the required standards.

This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as experience in content development and training. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions and providing mentoring support, and will be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, teachers, and school leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for school leaders and teachers on instructional leadership, mentorship, and the TaRL approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, teachers, and school leaders.
  • Collaborate with the ILMpact team to develop and review training materials and documents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social sciences or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content development and training, specifically involving engagement with trainers and school leadership personnel.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proven track record of conducting training sessions and providing mentoring support.
