Job Title: Employee Experience Coordinator

Description:

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who can manage both team coordination and project workflows.

The candidate will play a key role in maintaining team culture and keeping projects on track by ensuring timely communication, maintaining employee attendance records, and assisting in recruitment efforts.

  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure timely documentation of onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to foster open communication and address any concerns promptly.
  • Assist in managing the candidate pipeline and coordinate with team leads to track the progress of active tasks.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Notion.
