Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join AL-huda Publications (Pvt) Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining office files effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales invoices, orders, and other documents, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the admin department to arrange courier pickup and delivery of orders, streamlining processes.
  • Participate in stock taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure attendance during audit days to facilitate smooth processes, guaranteeing compliance.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships through regular meetings, phone calls, and emails, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Receive orders via various channels, including telephone, in-person, and written correspondence, providing excellent customer service.
  • Verify order status, prepare sales orders, and ensure proper packing, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Promote sales growth by meeting set targets and advising customers on new product developments, driving revenue expansion.
  • Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and demonstrations to showcase products, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales while ensuring timely delivery and complete product information, building trust with clients.
  • Manage account receivables and handle customer inquiries regarding collections, account adjustments, and credit/debit notes, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with the accounts department daily to update online payments from customers, facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Generate sale orders promptly and ensure their dispatch to customers, meeting deadlines.
  • Verify accuracy of customer invoices based on packing details, preventing errors.
  • Record shipping expenses in customer accounts after receiving bills from the courier company, ensuring transparency.
  • Inform walk-in customers about available books, cards, and Islamic materials, providing excellent customer experience.
  • Present attractive displays of Dua cards and books, showcasing products effectively.
  • Provide syllabus materials to Al-Huda students on time and manage their requirements, meeting expectations.
  • Dress professionally and welcome customers with a smile, creating a positive impression.
  • Address customer queries satisfactorily and inform about faulty products, resolving issues promptly.
  • Avoid eating food in the book shop, stall, or office except in emergency situations, maintaining a clean environment.
  • Prevent unauthorized individuals from staying in the stall area or sitting on the counter, ensuring security.
  • Promote Islamic teachings and products attractively, showcasing the organization's values.
  • Avoid extending credit facilities to cash customers or those from other branches without authorization, adhering to policies.
  • Care for official assets and report damage to line managers or HODs, maintaining equipment and property.
  • Ensure the counter is positioned correctly before leaving the book shop, maintaining tidiness.
  • Record daily routine issues, suggestions, and information in a notebook, documenting progress.
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and use insect killers as needed, ensuring a healthy environment.
  • Display authentic and approved products, showcasing quality.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD, adapting to changing needs.
