Territory Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team and large-scale distributors in deploying company strategies and developing plans to address local business needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and increase market share through identification of untapped channels, new towns, brand and pack size & optimal rack productivity.
- Collaborate with the ASM/RSM to develop and execute strategic plans, monitor trade discounts, and track distributor ROI.
- Lead the sales team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.
- Conduct regular field training to ensure market excellence in all areas.
Essential Requirements:
- University graduate (BA) degree and prior experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills, people management, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
