Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize trade discounts and distributor relationships.
- Track distributor profitability and suggest improvements.
- Implement quality control measures at distributor outlets to maintain high standards.
- Market Expansion:
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and identify opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Explore new channels and markets to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest enhancements to sales processes and data tracking.
- Maintain open communication with head office and supply chain teams.
- Engage with distributors and retailers to enhance process efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance operational delivery.
- Collaborate with HR to implement people development initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to promote excellence.
Qualifications
A University Graduate or Master's degree is required. You must possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
