As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
You will follow established communication protocols to effectively handle various topics.
Your role will involve identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
You will also have the opportunity to upsell products when appropriate.
Your goal will be to build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
You will maintain accurate records of all conversations in our database.
Additionally, you will strive to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Job SpecificationsStrong listening and spoken communication skills are essential for this role.
Prior experience in a customer-facing support position is highly desirable.
You should possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an asset.
You should be customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is crucial.
