Strategic Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads or staff to discuss key topics such as advertising contracts, media selection, and product promotion.
- Gather and organize information to plan effective advertising campaigns.
- Determine the most suitable advertising channels, including radio, television, print, online, and billboards.
- Negotiate advertising contracts on behalf of the organization.
- Review and approve advertisement layouts.
- Conduct market research studies and analyze their findings to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies for products to be marketed, balancing business goals with customer satisfaction.
- Met with clients to provide expert advice on marketing and technical matters.
- Lead the recruitment and management of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear expression of ideas.
- Able to make swift decisions, work through challenging situations, and solve problems efficiently.
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required. Strong PR skills are essential.
