**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team at Orane International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned territory.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. You will also conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and present product/service demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
