Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth within a designated territory in Kotla, Punjab (PK). This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company's market presence and reaching ambitious sales targets.
Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing brand and SKU-level performance, managing distribution setups, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding product penetration in the market. By effectively executing these objectives, the Senior Territory Sales Executive will significantly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strategic partnerships with customers and distributors to meet or exceed territory sales targets across primary and secondary channels by town, brand, and SKU.
- Design and implement effective distribution strategies to boost product penetration and capitalize on market opportunities.

Requirements
