Key Job Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the existing distributor network within assigned territory.
- Lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives, supervisors, and sales personnel as a sales leader.
- Manage Return on Investment (ROI) for business with distributors, regularly present business priorities to stakeholders, and develop territory-level strategies for growth and effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performing team by hiring, retaining, and developing top talent, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to chillers, new outlet inductions, damages, and schemes.
- Serve as the company's market intelligence and competition watchdog.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
