Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through the existing distributor network within assigned territory.
  2. Lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives, supervisors, and sales personnel as a sales leader.
  3. Manage Return on Investment (ROI) for business with distributors, regularly present business priorities to stakeholders, and develop territory-level strategies for growth and effectiveness.
  4. Foster a high-performance team by hiring, retaining, and developing top talent, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  5. Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to chillers, new outlet inductions, damages, and schemes.
  6. Serve as the company's market intelligence and competition watchdog.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
