**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Chief Engineer. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of our LNG terminals, ensuring safe and efficient receipt of LNGC within contractual laytime limits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 06 years of post-qualification experience in a related field, preferably in Oil and Gas or the Public Sector. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard sufficient ullage in FSRU tanks to ensure safe LNGC receipt within contractual laytime limits.
  • Develop a consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) considering LNG cargoes arrival schedules, terminal outages, and volumetric flow rates to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage contracts with EETPL, ensuring Operator performance aligns with contract requirements.
  • Review and approve regas plans according to DS plans received from LNG suppliers.
  • Promote contractual rights by verifying parties' obligations as stipulated in agreements.
  • Finalize annual Capacity and Utilization charge reconciliations based on tonnage processed during the contract year, following Amendment Agreement no. 04 to the LSA.
  • Calculate terminal availability based on nominations and EETPL daily throughput for monthly invoicing and ensuring compliance with LSA availability requirements.
  • Conduct audits of LNG terminals.
  • Maintain and update the Risk Register (Operations & Contracts) to highlight critical risks and facilitate timely mitigation.
  • Oversee procurement processes for audits and Operation and Safety Procedure (IMS) audits of EETPL LNG Import terminals, adhering to PPRA rules.
  • Maintain liaison with supply chain stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted and smooth supply chains.
  • Review and finalize maintenance plans.
