About IT Hardware Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and execute strategic sales plans.

Sales Strategy & Execution

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets. This includes identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and networking, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with technical teams to design solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of 1+ years of successful experience. A basic understanding of hardware products, including clients, servers, storage, media degausser, and CCTV solutions from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, and others is essential.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is also required. Additionally, the ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings is crucial for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of successful experience.
  • Basic understanding of hardware products/brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Benefits
