">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Learning Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, accessibility, and a user-friendly experience for all users.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in LMS administration, digital learning solutions, and project management, with strong leadership and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.


">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Information Technology / Business Administration / Project Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, digital learning solutions, and project management, with expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and system administration.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the LMS platform, ensuring it is regularly updated and fully compliant with organizational standards and data security regulations.
  2. Track system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and collaborate with vendors for regular maintenance and timely enhancements.
  3. Lead and manage LMS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of LMS administrators and digital learning specialists.
  5. Ensure staff training on LMS functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency and user engagement.
  6. Monitor LMS usage and assess its effectiveness, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
