Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Overview:

This role entails overseeing various human resources and accounting responsibilities, including recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance, training and professional development, procurement and inventory management, administrative works, and daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and updating all HR policies according to system requirements, managing pre-joining, post-joining, employee exit, and retention processes, ensuring data confidentiality and preventing leaks, announcing Employee of the Month, preparing certificates, and related documentation, updating call logs, key registers, stamp registers, email verification codes, and contact details regularly, maintaining employee document files weekly and monthly, overseeing building security measures like CCTV monitoring, maintaining and sharing employee databases weekly, ensuring replacement hiring for all positions, organizing HR data using relevant software after research, communicating Teamlogger hours to employees monthly, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, responding to calls, texts, and staying active on HR mobile apps, especially on weekends, auditing accounts-related details and key holder information, managing petty cash, controlling costs, and overseeing budgeting and physical filing, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training HR staff, developing and implementing personnel policies, maintaining employee handbook, designing and overseeing performance evaluation programs, conducting recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews, assisting in annual audit preparations, updating job descriptions and maintaining organizational staffing structure, developing recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; advising managers on candidate selection, updating HR policies and procedures manual, managing employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals, collaborating with leadership on talent management and strategic HR initiatives, researching and implementing competitive compensation and employee development programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
