Job Summary

The Field Service Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support through on-site services, encompassing product commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and training. This includes providing training to regional service engineers and service partners. The position is based in Pakistan and requires the engineer to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Services: Conduct pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to regional service engineers and service partners.
  • Remote Support: Offer remote assistance to customers via telephone and email.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all field services comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Task Coordination: Plan, coordinate tasks, and liaise with other divisions to complete jobs efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Accountable for work quality and customer satisfaction.
