As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Assistance: Provide expert technical assistance to employees, resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Issue Resolution: Work closely with our Development teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless problem resolution.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster positive relationships with employees, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
  4. System Maintenance: Plan, implement, and maintain systems maintenance and administration, ensuring optimal system performance.
  5. Network Services: Install, operate, and manage LAN, WAN, and dial access services for our operations.
  6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot networks and systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong Technical Skills: Proven experience in software house environments, with excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of technical concepts.
  2. Certifications: MCSE Certified, CCNA (good to have), and other relevant certifications.
  3. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  4. Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
