Effective Employee Relations Management is a vital aspect of ensuring a positive work environment and promoting employee morale.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to carry out disciplinary action policies and procedures with 100% compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the disciplinary process.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of employee complaints within standard turnaround times.
  • Update databases of ethical and legal cases.
  • Log staff complaints for future reference.
  • Analyze employee relation data to inform senior management decisions.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills for report preparation and proposal writing.
  • Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and establish timelines to achieve specific objectives.
Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Commerce.

5-7 years of relevant experience.
