Administrative Services Manager

We require a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Support professional to work at IWA Engineering in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities will include managing phone calls and correspondence, handling travel arrangements and appointments, and supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. You will also be responsible for creating and updating records and databases, as well as tracking office supplies.
As a key member of our sales and administrative team, you will work closely with upper management to coordinate office activities and operations. Your exceptional organizational and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
A high level of proficiency in MS Office and office management software is required, as well as a strong understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles. A high school diploma and qualifications in secretarial studies are preferred but not mandatory.
