Job Title: n8n Workflow Expert As a n8n workflow expert, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our existing n8n workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing n8n workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
  • Improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and make refinements to the workflows.
  • Work closely with our founders and technical lead to drive project success.
 Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
  • Able to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
  • Strong attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
